How to Handle Criticism

I’ve worked in a creative environment (outside of novel-writing) for over 8 years.  One of the hardest things to overcome is criticism.  No matter how much you think you can take it, you quickly find out you’re usually wrong.  That being said, the more legitimate and helpful criticism that you allow yourself to learn from, the easier it gets to accept.  I found this link on Facebook and had to share it.  It’s a great article on how to handle criticism and how to use it to your advantage.  The best part of the article…the animated GIF’s.  Enjoy!
